Es war alles sehr sauber. Mit Pool war es auch schön. Vor allem auch der Grill.

Das es etwas weiter abgelegen ist aber man konnte alles gut erreichen.

"Fabulous house, fabulous customer service, fabulous pool, fabulous location"

Property was absolutely perfect. Great location - but car is essential. Kitchen is well equip and drinking water, washing detergent and dishwasher detergent provided. Roberto was awesome and was always just a text message away for any queries, or recommendations.

"Entspannter, schöner und unkomplizierter Aufenthalt"

Privates Grundstück mit eigenem Pool, der regelmäßig gereinigt wird, gute Ausstattung zum kochen und für den Alltag (auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden).

Der Außenbereich (Essbereich und Pool-Area) wird von Kameras überwacht. Bei so einer Anlage verständlich aber als Urlauber etwas unangenehm.

"Spacy villa with great pool and super location to explore the island."

We come with 2 cars, 2 families by 3 (2 childreen 13 and 17 years). We enjoyed the Villa extremly. It is very spacy, a beutiful and large outside space with pool, large shadow, showers, 6 sun beds ... a large inside living room, 3 rooms to sleep, washing machine, dish washer, vere well equiped kitchen ... The host Roberto was very very nice, kind and helpful.👍👏👏 To nearest beach Spaggia di Belestrate was 8 min with car. During the day we stayed at villa and in the afternoon we went to see sighteeing. The villa is 3 min from highway so it's easy to travel with car.. We went to daily trips to Palermo (45 min), Cefalu (85 min), San Vito lo Capo (60 min), nice village Borgo Parrini (25 min) ... for our way of traveling the location of villa Cappeddu was superb. Alone, quite place, you dont see or heat neighbours.

Everything was super.

"Spectacular villa"

Most relaxing holiday i have had absolutely gorgeous villa pool was lovely, Roberto was very quick to respond, he called every 2 days to clean the pool first thing in the morning, 4 km's from balestrate so you would definitely need a car, Great family holiday in a beautiful location Grazie Roberto we will definetly return
