The Villa was very spacious with plenty of room for 10 adults. The location is perfect 10 min walk from the villa to the Piazza. The pictures of the view do not do it justice it is an amazing view one that we will never forget. We came at the perfect time of year nice weather and no crowds until the end of our trip. I cannot say enough about this villa. Great Place!! Hopefully we will see you again soon!

Outstanding property. Absolutely beautiful view. Plenty of amenities on site: pool, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor terrace, you name it. Large and soacious, every room has a/c. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful for the full duration of the stay.

The BEST in town. The location is 10 minutes walk from the center. There are many restaurants along the way. The gelato place on the way to the property is absolutely amazing. There are two high end hotels on both sides of the property. The food in both places was delicious. The pool was very refreshing after the full day of activities. There are enough bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group. We were 10 of us with 4 kids. The age range was 2 months to 70 years. It was comfortable for everyone. The Best part was the view. You will have really relaxing vacation just looking at the ocean and having your meals on the terraces. What made all this seamless was the property manager Michele. Without his help, it would have been impossible. He responded quickly to all our questions and arranged from getting the groceries delivered to the porters for our luggage.

The location and the views were amazing from the property

The in rooms heaters were not working. There would only be enough hot water for 1 person to shower in a bathroom and it was really cold in Capri so it was a big problem. The table tennis table was half broken and uncovered so it was ruined by the rain. The outdoor deck was unclean and dirty. The pool was cold and unusable.

Michele met us at the gate to let us in and show us the house. We had a slight hiccup initially finding the house because the house number was covered with ivy, but Michele helped us.

There was nothing we didin't like. We were happy with the house.
