La situation de la villa, la belle terrasse et la magnifique vue sur le de Garde depuis la terrasse

Le fait de devoir passer dans une agence pour apporter le dépôt en argent, signer un document et présenter sa pièce d’identité ( inutile et perte de temps ) Le minimum de confort et d’équipement qu’offre cette villa : pas de coins sofa sur la grande terrasse (juste une table et 6 chaises) machines à café hors du temps, barbecue au charbon de bois, le stricte minimum mis à disposition tant au niveau des ustensiles de cuisine que du courant ( prévoir de prendre avec vous fourre de duvet, couteau à pain et à pastèque, linges de rechanges, linge vaisselle, patte à vaisselle et j’en passe)

Modern and light villa with a magnificent sunrise view on Lake Garda and the Sirmione peninsula, and a charming sunset view on mountains, hills, vineyards and a neighboring village. Big plot of land means there is enough privacy and space for everybody to spend time around the villa. We used the swimming pool with pleasure on the warm days. It was a combined workation and vacation, Villa Alma has all facilities and space for that. Location in Soiano del Lago is within a short distance to some excellent restaurants, wineries, olive oil producers - but away from busy summer traffic in this area. We look back with lots of gratitude and appreciation to our time at Villa Alma, will be back and will recommend to friends and family.

The Villa has perfect location with lake view. The house has everything that is needed for shorter and longer vacation - dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with 2 coffee expresses. The house was clean and comfortable for a family of 6. It has 2 bathrooms (one outside) and a pool. The host was very kind and helpful - we get a lot of cool recommendations of local food and shops. We were very pleased with our stay and highly recommend Villa Alma to everyone 😉
