Der Garten/Aussenbereich ist traumhaft, die Villa ist riesig und es hat so viele Zimmer. Der Hauswächter sowie die Besitzerin sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ebenfalls gut.

Der Innenbereich bzw. die Innenausstattung ist sehr veraltet, was sich leider auch auf die Sauberkeit auswirkt. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren aber sauber. Für einige wirkte es ein bisschen spuckhaft.
