L' immobile era carino.. tranquillo

La pulizia! Nappa cucina piena di grasso e unto da puzzare , condizionatore mai pulito se accendevi usciva odore di muffa e si vedevano i filtri con uno strato di polvere assurda ,ragni è ragnatele barbecue davanti all' ingresso pieno di cibo attaccato alle griglie . Poca informazione da parte della signora dell' agenzia . vada in via tot.. civico tot.arrivo la chiave non entra la chiamo l'agenzia ( mi tratta da stupida , perché non dovevi entrare x l' ingresso principale ma da un cancelletto di fianco allo stabile...). Cioè .. dimmelo

Bella posizione del appartamento

Mancata attrezzatura x pulire i piatti spugne,detersivo x piatti ecc… Quando siamo arrivati la parte del letto davanti(poggia letto) faceva uno strano rumore facendo così che la parte davanti si rompesse… Il condizionatore perdeva acqua dal tubo fuori..

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hatte eine tolle Lage

Leider gab es viele Ameisen was wahrscheinlich durch die Lage Erdgeschoss kam und man hatte nicht genügend heißes Wasser zum duschen

Все було в принципі норм!!! З плюсів:змиварочна машина,кондиціонер,ціна.

З мінусів:не має постільних комплектів,треба самим брати в оренду!!!!!

After reservation in the late afternoon, and after we paid, then you get the info where to pick up the keys. But this place was not working at that time and no one was answering phone calls. We could not get the key to enter the place but we were able to pay. No answer on phone calls or email, messages, nothing!!!!!! And we are still trying after 2 wweks to get in contact with them but noting.

Il posto bello comodo, parcheggio

Il gestore e arrogante (agenzia), pieno di formiche in tutto l' appartamento, bidone di rifiuti non esistono, prendono soldi per 30 Min di ritardo per arrivare all agenzia a consegnare le chiavi... Abbiamo dovuto chiamarle per avere il gaz..attesa due ore mezza....di sera

We didnt like nothing

Upon arrival at the apartment with my family, we were disappointed to discover that the apartment was not equipped with the number of beds that were clearly stated in the booking details. As per the listing on your website, the apartment was supposed to have 2 bunk beds, 1 large bed, and 1 sofa bed, accommodating a total of 8 people. However, to our dismay, the apartment only had 1bunk bed, 1 large bed, 1small bed and 1 sofa bed, making it suitable for a maximum of 6 people. This situation put us in a very inconvenient and uncomfortable position since there were 7 members in my family, and we had relied on the accuracy of the information provided by your platform to make our accommodation arrangements. Due to the incorrect details listed on your website, we were left with insufficient sleeping arrangements, leading to an unpleasant stay for all of us. The bunk bend was also broken so nobody could sleep on it because it was dangerous.
