Excellent location and great house. Comfortable beds, good AC and water pressure.

WiFi was unusable most of the time. While we had a car, it is a must.

Amazing Villa with breathtaking views! Quiet , clean and comfortable! Definitely the best place i stayed in Sicily!

Very nice view, good insulation and great amenities like parking and jacuzzi (a bit expensive perhaps but it’s great at night with the starry sky view). Back road is fairly quiet at night. You can use the balcony even in late November during the day (great sea view).

Wifi is okay for media but for working is not great. Only get a decent wifi on the bottom floor right next to the router.

it was perfect size for our family. it felt like home away from home. the kids loved the view, the space and the flowers in the garden. we had a family emergency during our stay and the host was extremely helpful by allowing us to extend our stay at the last minute. and helping us with other stay arrangements.

we had a bit of a set back, there is only one entrance and exit to the property, so during our stay there was some work being done to the driveway and no one informed us about it. the host however was extremely helpful and had someone bring us groceries so we could have something to eat.

Super accommodation and great facilities and hosts who were very helpful. Highly recommend but this is 30 miles from Cefalu and in a very quiet location with no facilities so you definitely need a car.

Very nice modern house, nicely furnished and equipped with all you may need. Bedrooms are large and comfy, each with a bathroom. There is AC in all rooms, which will be important in the summer. The house is very clean and well kept. Location is good, close to Cefalu and not far from Palermo. There is a beautiful view of the sea from the house. We spent a very pleasant time. Highly recommended.

only one very minor niggle - there wasnt much toilet paper available. Since we did not have a car and it was a long way to walk to the nearest shop, we had to purloin some from a nearby hotel.
