House Cefalù 1915

Punto di forza la piscina con idrolisi a sale, con ottimi spazi esterni e ben fornita di attrezzatura per lo svago. Veniva pulita ogni mattina dai proprietari tra l'altro molto gentili e disponibili! Ci hanno fatto trovare tanti confort che non sono sempre scontati. Eravamo due famiglie amiche quindi siamo riusciti ad usare gli spazi esterni senza problematiche (piscina e ping pong). A 2 minuti di macchina da supermercato, 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Lascari e 20 minuti di macchina da Cefalù.

Essendo una casa immersa nel verde di alberi da frutto ci sono molte formiche e a volte anche vespe. Per arrivare al mare sono realmente 800 metri, ma la prima parte di strada è pericolosa se si hanno bambini piccoli perché non c'è marciapiede.

Everything is very simple, but filing that you came for a weekend to your grandmother. In all small things, you fill that somebody cares about you. Would definitely stay here with my family for 2 more nights, but we need to go. Thank you very much!

The only thing wat disappointed us is that the pool was closed, but as I understood, this is because of the low season.

This property has no place on this website. It is NOT suitable for tourists as the standard is NIL Sheets and towels should be binned. AC unit leaked down into the bed. My husband had to sleep elsewhere as the pillow was wet. Dirt and rubbish in the garden and old machinery covered with black plastic. The electricity system in the "kitchen" was dangerous with approximately 8 items plugged in to one socket. Dining table in the bedroom may be appropriate for long term lets but not for a tourists. The building is a two-story derelict farmhouse with one side "renovated" creating two apartments. The other side remains derelict with a scruffy rubbish strewn "garden"
