the staffs are welcome and responsive. The location is located at the heart of old Kyoto town, and close to Kiyomizudera, good for taking walks around the area. The room is clean and cozy, with full facilities. Traditional decorations, wooden slide doors, tatami, small alleys, quiet yard, those are exactly what I looking for! My kids like it a lot, they call it "Totoro house".

All is good, except it is slightly inconvenient to other parts of Kyoto. there is a bus stop nearby but the route not direct to tourist places (based on my check). Some walk needed to metro station. In general, not a big problem if you prepared to take taxi.

It is a very traditional TingRoom in Kyoto. Everything is very beautiful and likely to be as elegant as it is expected. And it is very clean. Location is good, but I have to say that is the worst part of my living.

The location is the best and the worst. If you follow the direction of Google map, you would never find the location. The address they described on their ad is not correct, at least you can’t find it based on that.

A really wonderful property we were lucky to call home for our stay in Kyoto. We had access to a line of great amenities and so much space to ourselves here.

It was a bit tricky to find it’s exact location but the staff and locals were very helpful in finding the place

Clean, vibe

Pillow too soft, wrong pin pointed location in Google map. (We lost our way - have to ask locals for the correct direction.)

We get to experience traditional Japanese house. 3 min walk to 7 Eleven, 10 min walk to Kiyomizudera.

The direction to get there was not clear. The dot in google map was not accurate. Too many messages from the travel agent staff but did not read the previous conversation. Please make it simple next time. Would be a good idea to give a photo/video of the alley to get there. The name of the property is also in Japanese. Even the taxi driver didn't know where it was when I showed it.

the property was really hard to find. the address didn’t work with the Google map. I had to get the help from the local residents based on Google translate. the house is smelly and the sewer pipe was broken and staff didn’t fix it and made all towels wet.
