部屋がきれいでした。朝食のパンがおいしかった。

Wi-Fiが非常に弱かった。犬が宿泊できる施設を選んだのに、犬はベッドにも上げれず、部屋が狭いため、常に見張りが必要でした。

チェックインを通常時間より早めに入室したいと相談したところ、早くから前泊者のお部屋のお掃除をしていただき、施設に到着後すぐにご案内していただけたこと。夜中に関東から車で出発していたため、6時間以上かけて疲れていたところ、施設で早めに休憩できたことにとても感謝しています。お布団やお部屋はきれいで、とても気持ちよかったです。

隣の部屋の音が(階段や、床の音など)夜中や朝方とてもうるさく、なかなか休めない状況になってしまったこと。

枕が高めでかたい階段の手すりに頭をぶつけた安産の湯にシャンプー、リンスを持参する際、男湯/女湯なので、個包装もあるとよかった
