ที่พักกว้างขวาง ห้องน้ำเยอะ แยกเป็นห้องน้ำ ห้องส้วมดีมาก สะอาด มีหลายห้อง ทำเลดี อยู่ไม่ไกลจากร้านสะดวกซื้อ ร้านอาหาร สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่าง ๆ

ห้องนอกค่อนข้างเก่า ที่นอนเก่า ควรปรับเปลี่ยน มันธรรมดา ไม่น่านอน ฟูกแข็ง ประตูห้องนอนล็อคไม่ได้ ชั้นแรกโอเค ชั้น2 ของบ้านพักควรปรับปรุงให้ดีขึ้น จะดีมาก
