Le logement subit le climat. Le personnel ne comprend pas tout ou n’est pas forcément réactif, besoin de revenir plusieurs fois.

The room was basic but functional, the bed was comfortable and spacious, and one of the staff members was polite and helpful.

Unfortunately, our experience at this property was very disappointing. There was an underlying tension to the atmosphere which made the stay uncomfortable, and on several occasions the owner did not acknowledge us, which felt unusual given the warmth we experienced elsewhere in Sri Lanka. The entrance area was cluttered and did not reflect the presentation shown on Booking.com. No welcome drink or basic orientation was provided on arrival. During our three-night stay, no housekeeping was provided despite the listing stating daily housekeeping. The towels had visible holes, and on the second day we found a dead rat outside our door which had to be removed after we requested it. Breakfast was very basic, with no fresh juice offered. We originally booked three nights through Booking.com but agreed to pay cash on arrival, and the reservation was cancelled. We paid 18,000 LKR per night (18,000 x 3), and later agreed to an additional night at the same rate, bringing the total to 72,000 LKR for four nights. The final 18,000 LKR payment was not recorded. The day before departure, we were informed that the additional night had not been paid and were asked to vacate. Despite requesting that CCTV be reviewed, it was not checked at the time, and the WhatsApp number provided for follow-up did not appear to be active. Given that payment was handled entirely in cash after the Booking.com reservation was cancelled, we strongly advise future guests to ensure all payments are clearly recorded and receipted. We have included photographs to confirm our stay. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this property.

The staff was very friendly, and the pool was lovely. We enjoyed our stay.

Room/furniture need some maintenance

We enjoyed our stay a lot!!! The hotel is very nice and calm, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed the beautiful pool with the nice tropical plants! The manager was also extremely friendly and helpful, and the food we ordered in the evening was very tasty!!! The hotel is located in a nice and quiet area, which we liked, but it is a bit far from the center, especially on rush hour (can be 30/40 minutes to the fort area). Overall we were really pleasantly surprised to find such a nice place in Colombo.

Maybe the breakfast menu could be a bit improved, but it was still nice

I loved the hotel, it felt luxurious and welcoming. The staff always took care of our needs. I liked the decor of the room and the whole hotel, also nice to have free breakfast.

We would have needed a fridge for food and drinks .

Alojamiento pequeño pero acogedor. Nuestra habitación era como un apartamento con dos habitaciones y dos baños, con un pequeño jardín con una pequeña piscina privada. El desayuno estaba bueno y la zona es tranquila. El personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudarte. Lo recomendaría.
