Gayashan and his family were so nice and welcoming. Our son had fun playing with their son :) They were nice enough to provide us with a new crib for our baby. They went above and beyond to try to make our stay as comfortable as possible and fixing issues. The outdoor patio is well equipped with comfortable chairs, table and a line to hang your clothes. Peacocks roam around the garden. The kitchen is well equipped and we used it for breakfast. Value is unbeatable in the area ! They were nice enough to do laundry for us. The location is amazing, few steps from the main road with mini market coffee shops restaurants and the beach a few meters away It was easy to park our car and it felt safe

There was a power issue in the whole area and unfortunately it affected the AC that could not constantly provide cold air, mostly during the day. Gayashan immediately contacted the electricity board who came the next day to try to fix the issue but it couldn’t be resolved. There were lots of ants in the bathroom, but the rest of the house was clean. The space is a little tight for a family of 4, considering the table in the center. The light is very dimmed (maybe because of the power issue), there’s a strong smell of naphtalene and we much preferred being in the outdoor space. There’s a lot of construction happening all around at the moment.

This peaceful villa is well equipped, close to nice cafes, restaurants, convenience store and of course the stunning Hiriketiya Beach.It is surrounded by a nice private garden where you see monkeys and peacocks. It has a very comfy bed and is set back away from the road, I would say I had the best sleep here since being in Sri Lanka. The fridge, good A/C, kettle and outdoor table and chairs are an added bonus! The owner was very friendly and would regularly check in with me to ensure everything is ok. I definitely recommend this accomodation and would stay again when I come back.

Villa equipada con cocina y todos sus utensilios. Bien situada.

Comfortable and cosy studio apartment super close to a range of facilities. The house is 2 mins from decent coffee, ATM, cafes, mini-mart but still set back from the road so it feels peaceful. It's a really easy 3-4 mins walk to the beach. I was able to cook simple meals on the hob, and eat my breakfast every morning watching the birds and peacocks. Hosts stay in a separate house next door - they were super lovely and very responsive.
