Logement très propre et bien aménagé- service taxi très efficace (1 seul petit bémol... à voir sur l'écran suivant)- diners excellents et personnel charmant!

Petit raté à l'arrivée: les taxis n'étaient pas à l'aéroport- Mais aucune course ne nous a été facturée, et tout est bien rentré dans l'ordre après, les taxis étaient toujours présents

I had a wonderful stay at Riad Nanou – Private Riad with Pool & Rooftop in Marrakesh. The location was very convenient, and the property itself was spacious, well-equipped, and truly felt like a home away from home. Our host was welcoming and always available to help, ensuring any issues were quickly resolved. Breakfast was a real highlight, Aziza was not only incredibly warm and friendly but also an excellent cook. Abou was equally helpful and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. This riad is perfect for families and offers a lovely, comfortable space to relax after exploring Marrakesh. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Riad Nanou is an absolute hidden gem amongst the bustling streets. Furnished exceptionally and with all the amenities you could want for after a day exploring an incredible city. We loved every moment spent here. The breakfast was the perfect start to each morning. The staff were so kind, patient and considerate and the Hosts are everything you could hope for. Doriane, Enzo and Michael went above and beyond every day to ensure we had all we needed to make the most of Marrakech. The drivers Abdel and his brother looked after us so well and made sure we felt comfortable getting to and from where we needed and again went beyond all our expectations to provide an incredible service. We fell in love with Riad Nanou and felt completely at ease there. We took dinner at the property one evening and the ladies prepared our best meal of the trip! We couldn’t have asked for anything more for our trip, we were completely satisfied and in awe of all that we were given by the whole team and the property.

We didn’t dislike anything but we ran out of coffee but I think we drink a lot of coffee!

Our host Enzo was excellent Breakfast was wow and service from breakfast lady Got 6 rooms all unsuit and all with double bed so definitely family friendly Location is not bad compared to other riads

The staff was amazing, They attended to all our needs! Real Heroes! Starting by meeting us at our arrival of transfer drop off, very latest night and still serving us dinner. Rachid and the team made my 50th Birthday, definitely a day to remember. All tours recomendation were accurate, trip to the desert, dinners out, the food prepared at the Ryad, the Spa etc...everything was just perfect! A big thank you to the team
