Please note that there are no meals included and the rate includes a mandatory housekeeper for cleaning and cooking according to the Moroccan dishes menu available at the villa from 7.30 until 21:00. Sheets and towels are changed at each new arrival and every three days. Local authorities regulations concerning the stay of Moroccan citizens in touristic establishments should be respected. Payment before arrival either via PayPal, bank transfer, or western union is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. For additional 20 euros per day and under a prior request of 3 days upon arrival, guests can enjoy heated pool. Guests can access the entire Villa except the cleaning rooms. The pool can be heated at an extra charge and upon prior request of minimum 5 days in advance. Keeping in mind that this option must be for the length of your booking.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

"Amazing place to enjoy life and relax while visiting marrakech"

It was an amazing experience. The staff have been super kind and helpful accommodating for all our needs. The meals that were cooked for us were delicious. The villa is beautiful as you can see in the picture. I massively enjoyed and will remember for a long time the time I spent in the villa with my family.

5* plus to Abdul and Jamila, who were friendly, curtious, went out of way to make our stay at villa a memorable one. Food was delicious and plenty. Villa is more beautiful than in the picture, surprisingly large, well maintained. Very comfortable bed, excellent shower. Having stayed in villa's around the world, this villa makes to top 10 in the list. One important suggestion to owners to get the alfresco chairs changed asap. It's gives very bad image of the villa.

Staff were super helpful and accommodating. The Villa was beautiful and not too far away from the city centre. Kids loved it!

Everything. What drew me in to this home initially was the design. Traditional Moroccan with a modern twist. A Feast for the eyes. The beds are very comfortable. Air conditioning in each room. A pool much larger then I expected. All 8 fit in here comfortably. If anything is needed- the attendant Mohammed will be at your service within minutes. I have never experienced this level of hospitality. He always did things with a smile too. of course our chef was amazing and whipped up anything we needed. They delivered pastries to us one day and a cake on the last day. totally unexpected but a gesture we will not forget! We will stay here again. And will tell others to book with no hesitation. Everyone is here to ensure your happiness - I wish we could have stayed longer.

Very nice and clean villa with a beautifull large pool. Jamila who makes the delicious food and cleanes the house is very friendly and helps with everything you ask her. Also Abdelhaq very friendly and helpful and Chaima was also very helpfull and answered all our questions. We will be back in the future
