Excelent! Privelistea extraordinară, confort, vila dotata cu tot ce ai nevoie, piscina curata, totul ingrijit. Gazda e atenta si iti da toate detaliile clare ca sa ajungi sau orice alte informatii ai nevoie. Livingul e foarte confortabil, cu spatiu pentru dining, locul amenajat din fata vilei te îmbie să stai afara.

Camerele din interiorul vilei mari sunt mai mici decat cea din corpul exterior si nu au propriul aer conditionat. Se pot raci insa prin aerul conditionat de pe hol si paturile sunt confortabile. Oricum insa, nu prea am stat prin camere.

this was an exceptional property located high in the hills above Herceg Novi with brilliant views of the bay. It had an outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace. the place was very secluded but easily accessible. The host was very accommodating to all our requirements and really helpful.

The only issue I had with the property were minor. the kitchen facilities were lacking some utensils and a microwave would be very useful. The door locks to the main building were broken so we had to close and lock the shutters instead at night but they were secure.

Wir haben zwei Wochen im Juli 2025 in diesem tollen Haus verbracht und werden diesen Urlaub in bleibender Erinnerung behalten. Das Haus - und vor allem die Lage und der Ausblick - sind traumhaft. Das Grundstück bietet absolute Privatsphäre und ist nicht einsehbar, so ungestört konnten wir uns perfekt erholen und den Blick über die Bucht genießen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, die Betten bequem und der Pool sehr sauber und absolut einladend. Wir waren zu zweit und haben den separaten Masterbedroom genutzt, der mit einer leistungsstarken Klimaanlage ausgestattet ist und auch bei fast 40 Grad konstant 20 Grad kühl war. Der Morgenkaffee und das Glas Wein am Abend haben auf dem Balkon davor oben besonders gut geschmeckt. Toll ist auch das separate Badezimmer am Pool. Der Kontakt mit Mija, der Vermieterin, war zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich und schnell und sie hat uns eine private Bootstour vermittelt, die das Highlight unseres Urlaubs war. Imagine waking up every morning, stepping outside with your coffee, and being slapped in the face (in the best way) by a jaw-dropping view over the Bay of Kotor. That’s Vila Bella Vista. The place has space, peace, and privacy, and the pool is the cleanest one we’ve ever seen – shout-out to Zoran, the behind-the-scenes pool ninja who made sure it was perfect every single day. The house itself is like a Balkan James Bond hideout – traditional stone outside, modern comforts inside. You've got everything: a big fridge, dishwasher, great kitchen gear (just missing a microwave, more on that later), and mosquito screens everywhere, which saved us from becoming a midnight buffet for local insects. The layout? Open-plan kitchen/living/dining on the ground floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, and a super-private third bedroom with en-suite accessible from the terrace. And yes – the second floor is under renovation, so maybe next time we’ll get to explore the "mystery level." And now… Mija. The host with the most. Honestly, she deserves her own ten stars. Friendly, lightning-fast replies, genuinely helpful – even when the internet gave up on us for a while (thanks local ISP). Luckily, Mija had a backup router stashed upstairs like a digital superhero. Problem solved. In short: book it, enjoy it, and if the second floor’s ready next time – we’re coming back for round two.

Okay, so here’s the “would be nice to have” list, which didn’t spoil the stay but are worth mentioning: - Only one A/C unit in the main house (in the hallway upstairs), so it had to work overtime for two bedrooms. It tried. It gave it heart. - No A/C downstairs, so the living room sometimes turned into a "natural sauna experience". - No microwave – not the end of the world, but would be handy for late-night snack warriors. - No broom or dustpan, so any accidental snack-crumbs had to wait until check-out to be dealt with. There’s a water dispenser... with empty bottles. Looks promising but feels a bit like a broken vending machine. Either keep it filled or let it retire. (Luckily, we brought our own RO filter, because yes, we travel like that.) And finally – for dog owners: the area around the villa is a bit wild and overgrown, and the road isn’t exactly made for scenic walks. We had to hop in the car and drive a few kilometres to the nearest green park or promenade. Not a dealbreaker, just a heads-up for fellow dog parents.

Our host gave really useful directions and was very quick at communicating which was a massive help.

House is big, quiet location and great pool

What a wonderful place! We enjoyed our summer vacation big time. The pool is super clean, big, and deep enough for having a swim, and there is a cold shower beside it to rinse of the chlorine. The view is truly magnificent, and you can always find a shady spot during the sunny days. The house is clean, the beds relatively new and of very good quality leaving you relaxed when you wake up. Air condition is working without any problems, and you have free cold water available to you during your entire stay. Marco and family are always available on WhatsApp if you have any issues. There are some few small repairs to be done, which Marco is giving attention, but we can only recommend you try it out. The house is better than the pictures promise.
