Villas Right ON the Beach Belle Mare

Location very close to the beach with stunning view of the pool & the beach. Friendly and helpful staff.

The bed sheets were dirty on the first day, we asked to have them replaced. On the second day we found a mouse in the kitchen.

Maybe some reno is required to fresh up the house, but for the price/quality - absolutely great!

The location was excellent right on an amazing beach. The villa is in a complex with a big swimming pool.

villas are located on the beach front, they staff are lovely and very helpful, we spoke to the gardener who bought us baguettes every morning and we paid at the end of our stay. we had a few issues when we arrived which was fixed that same day if not the following morning, E.g., Microwave broke in Villa 14 this was replaced the following day. We had villa 14, 17 & 20. Villa 14 the cleaner doesn't speak great English however her daughter will assist if she is there. the bedroom consisted of 3 doubles 1 on the ground and 2 on the middle floor with a stair ladder to the 4th room upstairs this is very steep, but the kids loved it. Villa 17 had 3 double rooms with en suites and the 4th bedroom in the attic was set up with a single bed, they had to share a bathroom as all our toilets was en suites, but we worked around this with no problem. Villa 20 had a double on the ground floor and i think the same set up as villa 14 i personally never went and had a look to confirm. Villas 17 & 20 have the same cleaners the couple was amazing so friendly and extremely helpful offering to cook or help with meal prep if we need which was lovely. We didn't require cleaners everyday as we had a wedding planned on the beach and they are super flexible. They Gate, security and gardening team are all lovely, super friendly and more than welcoming. We have all been to Mauritius multiple times this is the quieter side of the island, if you are wanting a relaxing stay this is the place to be :) thank you for helping us have an amazing stay

Location was fantastic. Excellent snorkelling off the beach (using a snorkelling buoy for visibility). Swimming pool was great. Houses were well equipped.

Payment of breakage deposit was not communicated well in advance and had to be paid in cash in EUROS (300 Euros per unit). A final amount that had to be paid could not be paid by credit card, making the whole process cumbersome. Only one pillow per person provided. The pictures shown on booking.com were not correct pictures corresponding to the actual property, and the location was also not correct on the booking.com map. This caused a lot of uncertainty for us, making us worry about the actual property (and whether it actually existed!). As it turned out, the actual property did meet our expectations. Toilet paper, black bags and dishwashing liquid were not provided after the initial very limited batch. Some of the cleaning ladies were not friendly, and did not make us feel very welcome.
