"Excellent location and facilities!"

The facilities, gardens and swimming pool

Had to wait to sue the swimming pool because they were cleaning it but at the end was good. They should have another way to heat the pool without charging the clients and using a boiler. Maybe solar panels should be used instead.

Está un poco descuidado, la regadera requiere mantenimiento y no hubo agua caliente, la tv no funciona.

"Increíble lugar"

Está muy bonito, a mí novio y a mi nos encantó. Está cuidado y muy limpio. El personal es increíble, muy atentos y buenas personas. Regresaría sin dudarlo. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

"Fue muy buena la atención, pero les falta más limpieza"

Las regaderas estaban tapadas, casi no salía agua, la alberca no la usamos estaba muuuuuy sucia, les falta mucha limpieza en los cuartos, hay varias telarañas, incluso insectos muertos dentro del mueble del lavamanos, los mosquieteros estaban rotos, se metieron los gatos a la casa y muchos mosquitos
