The House is just fantastic. Offers great spaces and ample bedrooms. All services were working, power, good internet, hot water, etc….

We love it, if I have to say something, I wished it had an oven or a dishwasher, but other than that, we were able to do everything we wanted to do.

The location was a little tricky to find first go as reception in Tulum isn’t the best. As soon as we met Sergio though everything was super easy! He was very helpful with communication and ordering taxis for us! We were very grateful to Sergio

Everything was great ! Kids loved the pool ! Felt safe every night with security on site !

I cooked 2 of the 5 days…only 1 Pan,food stuck to the pan very easy, Took almost 2 hours to cook breakfast. Not the biggest deal. Still would book here again !

We took a girls trip here! We had 7 ladies so we rented 2 villas and it was perfect! We had so much fun renting bicycles and exploring Tulum. The Soona Villas were beautifully designed, in a great spot close to town restaurants and hotel Bardo for a nightcap, with awesome pools too. I wanted to mention that some previous reviews mentioned mosquitos; we had zero mosquitos.

The location was perfect. Close to many restaurants and lounges. The villa was absolutely beautiful and the host was very accommodating.

I didn’t like that we couldn’t flush tissue, we had to throw it in the trash. Also the door for upstairs in the villa requires repair. The lock should be a bit me secure to ensure safety. Additionally, maintenance only came once to clear the pool during our 4 day stay.

The villa was amazing, super nice design. We loved our stay there. Garden of the villa was great,with beautiful pool and patio where we spent most of our days. Everything was really clean,we had someone coming and cleaning the garden and pool everyday so we could enjoy it. The service was excellent, what ever we needed we got pretty fast. The stuff was so so nice and friendly. All together 10/10!! We will definitely come back:)

Nothing actually

This property was just as advertised. The value was incredible for the size and accommodations. It is a short walk or bike ride from restaurants and shopping in Tulum, but I would definitely rent again!

Aroma Cafe next door served some amazing food. Huge space for chilling. Bedrooms were a good size.

Lack of sun in the garden. Pool was cold.
