Host was very generous with food. Kitchen was well equipped and with sufficient crockery and cutlery. The bedrooms were spacious, views breathtaking. Host accommodated all our requests well. We enjoyed tea provided by a local caterer. Outdoor movie was really quite lovely.

The signages leading to the correct path to Red House were confusing. Unlike how they look in photos, the gardens were not well kept with overgrown grass (and kemuncup). We couldn't really explore much of the compound. Room S9 ("special room") was very very hot due to its roof structure. The biggest setback is that there is no common hall/lounge for indoor gathering with comfortable seating. Luckily we had good weather. All seating arrangements are on benches for dining. Games room was not big enough for group gatherings. There were just 17 of us and the property apparently can accommodate up to 27 but we can't imagine how that would be like.

The top-hill cloud and mountain view is spectacular.

The rooms and toilets are below expectation. The villa don't have a close and indoor living area, which we found it not so convenient and comfortable to gather. The WiFi is not stable, connection is poor for guests. The property management should have stated it clearly that the villa is not one villa with rooms and living hall and dinning rooms attached. The concept of the house is more like few villas built individually but each villas are using the common area such as kitchen, the semi outdoor living area. Villas' layout or details should be provided clearly to avoid misunderstanding, which eventually may bring disappointment.

location n nothing much we can do except for breathing the fresh air. our car almost git damage due to the bad infrastructure to the property and it was not mentioned anywhere in the description. in addition we were asked to pay another security deposit of RM500 and they told us it takes 3 days to get the refund. first time booking via booking.com require additional deposit.

Excellent for big family gathering. The common area is big enough for my family to chat around. Each of us have a good sleep, no need to squeeze 😍. they also have backup plan, portable BBQ grill for us to continue enjoying BBQ eventho was raining. Love the observation deck which we enjoyed the nice mountain view.

Swimming pool a bit dirty, but the children still enjoying playing water ball in the pool
