Is an old bungalow & seems quite long time no one was stay there. A house beside me is quite scary coz its not have resident, no maintenance & the grass is too long....like a ghost house. Again...is a scary staycation too for me. The good thing is the bed & extra bed is quite enough & kitchenet quite complete.

-Fridge not function. -All aircond not cool.is an old aircond. -Every room don't have fan.ventilation quite bad. -The wet kitchen quite scary coz it a long dark corridor if its not switch the light even in daytime. -swimming pool is old.it give blue stain at leg for every each swimmer. -my kids got skin irritation & itchness after take long bath at swimming pool. -no washine mechine -the pool area not in good arrangement. There is long rubber paip along car porch to install water into the pool which it looks so messy. - the agent (mdm foong) also not giving good service. No location given, so late or no repky at all for the query and feedback. Not friendly & poor hospitality of service. - a famosa environment also is not in good for staucation coz its an old town or long time no resident there. Only quite full when there is long holiday like school holiday only

The sitting room was nice and pleasant. The kitchen was quite well equipped.

When we check in, the manager was surprised. It seemed she was not informed by the owner. We had to wait for the cleaners who came with only One broom. Waiting time 1/2 hour. The bathroom floors were dirty, the water for one shower was not strong enough. There were ants in the bathrooms. The light bulb in one of the bathrooms went off. No blankets provided so we had to use the bedspread. No plug points in the bedrooms. The microwave oven not working well - took a long time to heat up food. The swimming pool water was dirty which was disappointing because we wanted to go swimming. We had to do the bbq under the porch since it was raining. The lighting in the porch was not bright enough. The tube lighting was not replaced. On the whole, it was a disappointing stay because we plan to do a BBQ and go swimming esp the children. The facilities were not well-maintained so we did not feel comfortable. Hope the owner will look into improving the villa so future guests will not be disappointed.
