Everything good

Lighting too dim at the stairways.

The property was great for our staff trip to the South Island. It slept 8 adults 4 couples comfortably. Great location and close to the city centre. Very spacious and nice and clean and tidy.

Everything was great we had trouble getting the gas hobs to light. There was a note to say the large one wasn't working though.

- The location is good. - The house is big with lots of rooms and spaces. - Suitable for many people staying together. - Comfortable bed.

- Some furniture and equipments are quite old and broken. Also, not really clean. - The heating system in the living room is not enough, same as other areas. Plus it’s hard to understand how to turn the fireplace on so we didn’t get to use it. - The bins downstairs were really full! - Quite noisy at night. - The garage is quite small so I had to park my car outside. - Quite distances to main area such as the riverside market by walking. - Some part of cooking stove was broken.

Low on kitchen supplies such as baking paper ect and bins were almost full for us to discard rubbish

The house was in a great location. It was extremely clean, and well-equipt with all the essentials. Overall, it was a superb stay!

We had 4 females stay the night and loved that we had a bedroom each, and a beautiful place to enjoy a glass of wine before a cheap Uber into town.
