The owners are very friendly and helpful with everything. The house is very cosy and beautiful with a good heating system to keep the whole house warm, the garden is beautiful and love that house got a full deck at the back to walk on and to view the garden with a nice hot coffee and that the house is wheelchair ♿️ friendly for those who is looking for a place to stay in a wheelchair ♿️ There's enough towels and extra blankets and bedding stuff if needed

Can't say anything about anything that a didn't like except for not having movies on sky to watch but at least we had sport's so we could watch the NRL League 😃

"Family comfort"

Great location. Safe. Quiet. We had milk in our fridge, tea coffee. Really lovely stay. Alley way nearby but still private. Fruit trees on property were yummy. House is warm. Comfortable if you have a family. Our children loved it. They call it our Hamilton house haha.

"Will continue to come back any time i need to stay in Hamilton, great house and host."

Travel for study, house is warm and comfortable in a nice quiet location. Really enjoy staying there and great value for money for travel purpose.

Shower pressure is very poor, only issue I have with the property.
