"Exceptional"

Motel is set in beautiful grounds just round the corner from the beach. The units are designed to face the sun and enable outdoor living with a bbq, table and chairs for each motel. Everything was clean and the staff were efficient and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.

"A great location, great place to stay. Clean, modern and tidy."

Location, clean, roomy, felt like a little home with everything we needed. Nice outdoor area. It wasn't far to the beach at all and it was great getting takeaways from Takaka and eating them on the beach.

Nothing. Great idea with the washing machine and drier ... not that we used them. I just wonder if a cheese slice could be an option?

"A great location from which to access Golden Bay and Farewell Spit"

Comfortable, quiet, well equipped and generally very much as described. Super clean. Good value for money.

Somewhat lacking in atmosphere; The kitchen would have benefitted from a small oven/grill (particularly if staying for more than a couple of nights) and the bach overall from some softer ambient lighting.

Beautiful garden and surrounds - we relaxed and spent time in the sun. The villa had everything we needed and comfortable beds. We would come back here any time. Big tick for Ainslie for assisting us. Thank you for the stay.
