Roy is such a pleasure! Living room could do with proper aircon but everything else was great about this place. We will be coming back.

The property was very spacious and had plenty of amenities, such as a kitchen, two full bathrooms and one half bathroom, and AC in all three bedrooms. The live-in staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and were very respectful of our time and space. The property is located a bit away from the main stations, and as such was very quiet. That said, Diniwid Beach is only a short walk away from the property, which has a restobar as well as a very calm atmosphere.

My only minor criticism of the property can also be seen as a positive, depending on what you’re looking for. As I mentioned, the property is a bit secluded from the “main” areas of Boracay. This means that while it is quiet and calm, you’re a bit removed from the main activities, parties, or shopping / restaurant hubs. Getting transport via trike to and from the villa can occasionally prove slightly difficult, as not many trike drivers linger in the area especially later into the evening, and they were sometimes reluctant to drive all the way to Diniwid Beach from the main stations. That said, these tradeoffs are ultimately up to the individual to decide.

Roy was amazing, arranged all our transportation when needed. Clean and tidy.

No outdoor seating on patio/balcony.

Your caretaker Roy is the best. He offered help with navigating the area ( little stores and restaurants) and hooking us up with the local ETrike service.

An AC in the living room would have been a bonus. Although there were 3 fans in the area that helped.

It's a hop and a skip away from Diniwid beach. It's also away from D'mall and all the congestion and noise that came with it. We have three senior citizens with us and getting around the house was not an issue. the towns folks are very nice indeed. Roy, is awesome!! I hope Franky gives him a good pay raise!!

Suggestion: include the local contact info on Booking.com. Our driver had a hard time finding the villa, "booking" had just the international phone number. Maybe also written direction clue like "turn left on "Nona's..."...

Location: away from noisy area and close to the beach. The house and rooms are big.

Terrace is available, not the garden. No coffee machine and kitchen not well equipped.

Big place, convenient, greenery, nice garden with many trees.

Very expensive, not worth the money. No aircon in living room where we spent most of the time when home. Swing and slide was gone, unlike the photos that showing them there. No slippers, toiletries. Water provided had taste. Bedroom always bright during the day, curtains are partial on windows. Too noisy because of the construction next door. Booked three night and decided stay for fords night and cancel the remaining 2 nights, but their policy you have to pay 50% which is too much. So had to stay the 3 night and moved to hotel Kommono for P4,300 with rating 9.6/10 (superb). That's value for money. All in all, not recommended.
