Mookanda bungalow

All good !

Nice bungalow within a walking distance to multiple beaches and restaurants. The host is very helpful, she helped us get bikes and a ride to the ferry.

Window nets could be secured better so insects wouldn't get in the room so easily.

Great host that was easy to talk to and arrange extra things like a shuttle to a nearby ferry pier. Nice and varied breakfast brought to our terrace every morning

The bungalow is in nature, so some bugs and wildlife is to be expected (lizards, cockroaches) – better secured mesh nets in bathroom openings/crevices would be helpful

The bungalow is located at a very nice area of Koh Yao Noi. It is super easy to rent a motorbike, complete hassle free. The property is run by a family business, where the staff is super friendly and helpful. You can also ask for pick-up or transport to and from the pier. You find excellent restaurants for breakfast and dinner nearby in walking distance. It is a very quiet place, because it is a bit off the main road. You hear only animal noises from the close nature.

The bungalow (white one) on top right corner has a perfect view on the ocean, but right next to it is the water container for the whole resort. And the water pump is intermittently running where the noise is a bit disturbing during the night. But at the end I got used to it. Nevertheless I would next time ask for a different bungalow.

Location, view, calm, every around, small kitchen, shower. Everything !

A taste of real thailand!. Away from the crowds. The best restaurant at the bottom of the drive, laundry as well as a little supermarket,all very convenient. Lovely place to get away from it all!. Aircon was very efficient. Lovely beach, about 10 min walk away. Host ya is amazing, organises taxis from the airport, scooter hire(which is great as little traffic on the island) etc...and has a lovely smile!! She is brilliant!

Accommodation is pretty basic, but that's also a positive!. We soon got into the swing of things!!

The host sent us taxi to pick up us from the pier. When we arrived she was already waiting for us. Very warm welcome. We were asked what time we would like to have breakfast and straight away offered motorbike (great price 250 bath per day) It’s an amazing and quite place, the view from bungalow is stunning, you hear monkeys at night visiting:) beach is less than 10 min walk, right next bungalow there is best food ever- Sea Gypsy ( we have had food there every day!) on our last day, the pick up car was late and we weren’t sure if we make it for a boat and flight from Krabi airport- our host made a call and organised us pick up
