"Bad"

This is the email I sent to Booking.com half way through our stay (which they asked me to send "in as much detail as possible" after talking to 5 different representatives in 2 days). Shortly after Booking.com have removed my account - I am still waiting on a "call from the manager" I was promised at least 5 times. We are on the family holiday - my husband and I with our 2 children (10 months, 2 years old), my brother and his 3 year old, and my elderly parents. From the very start, the property has treated us with utmost suspicion when we simply asked for some extra sheets and pillows. The cot for the baby was provided a day late, and no mattress or sheets were provided. We got the small sheet eventually but still no mattress, and it is not possible for the baby to be sleeping all night without a mattress. My brother decided to join us shortly after I made the initial booking, and it can be seen from correspondence within the app, that I asked them to change us to a larger property. Unfortunately, my brother, his little girl and my Mom all got vomiting bug on Monday night (potentially after sharing a dish from the Magik restaurant which is affiliated with Zacisze pod Lipa). So early on Tuesday it became clear my brother wouldn't be able to make his flight as he was bed bound. I contacted the property at 8am (although the check out was 11am, we had agreed to move at 10am so we could start our family day activities). They replied to me at 9.30 saying we had half an hour to move out to the smaller house (which we had originally booked for the whole duration) or pay the full amount for the extra night in the larger house. I tried to reason with them to take the difference out, as we had already paid for the other house and didn't need them at the same time. Then the cleaners came and I made a decision to contact Booking.com as I felt the messages from the owner were getting out of hand.
