Cecile's Villa

A casa está em excelentes condições e tem todas as comodidades necessárias para uma boa estadia. Face às fotos e comentários de estadias anteriores, ficámos surpreendidos pela positiva. A sala tem sofás novos, as camas são confortáveis e há bastantes almofadas à disposição. A nível de limpeza, tudo impecável, pelo menos no nosso caso. A piscina está como nova, água bem tratada e motor sempre em funcionamento e foi um senhor fazer a manutenção a meio da semana. Bastantes espreguiçadeiras disponíveis e em boas condições. A 5 min de carro de Alfeizerão e a menos de 10 min de S. Martinho do Porto. Localização muito tranquila.

A única coisa a apontar são uns barulhos que se ouvem durante a noite quando se está no silêncio, que parecem ser dos estores elétricos ou dos painéis solares. Sugerimos também que haja possibilidade de os hóspedes poderem ligar as luzes da piscina.

A marvelous view of the countryside. Spacious house with a lot of comfy beds and with great sound/thermal insulation. The host is extremely friendly and helpful. The house is well equipped in terms of big and small appliances, as well as all the kitchen and laundry essentials, sound system, fireplace, bbq, etc It's a really peaceful area, with no close neighbors. It's perfect for a family getaway or a get-together with friends.

The lack of an oven in the kitchen is a bit of a bummer. Some dishsoap in the kitchen and handsoap in the bathrooms would be a welcome addition. Some signs of aesthetical ageing/use. Two of the showers have a tendency to clog, due to how the drainage system was built (easy to fix or avoid).

Top house with all facilities that you need to spend quality time with friends and family. Loved it and Will surely come black.
