Emplacement exceptionnel, hôte très agréable, très avenante et très sympathique. Villa prestigieuse tout confort.

Es war der schönste Urlaub meines Lebens. Zum 30. Geburtstag etwas besonderes gegönnt und das war es auch! Außergewöhnlich schön. Noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Perfekter Sonnenuntergang , der Blick morgens auf den Ozean, wir waren von der ersten Minute an , absolut schockverliebt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Samuel ist auch ein unfassbar liebevoller Gastgeber , hat uns reichlich Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants geschickt. Der Pool ist ein absolutes Highlight, jeden Tag ausgekostet und lange genossen , da die Sonne schön lange schien. Wir wollten gar nicht mehr nachhause :( Perfekter Aufenthalt auf dieser atemberaubenden Insel.

Nichts zu bemängeln.

Fantastic. Spacious modern villa with private heated pool and stunning views over quiet valley and ocean. Good range of seaside towns and villages with choice of restaurants within 20 minutes drive. You need a car though to be fully flexible.

We had a marvelous stay at this villa. The host was very friendly and outmost helpful. The villa itself was very luxury and spacious. The view from the terrace was extremely beautiful. The neighborhood was very quiet which made our stay very restful. Only positive impressions, hence we highly recommend this villa which has a very interesting price-quality balance.

We cannot think of anything negative.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location is beautifully situated, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. It also serves as an excellent base for exploring the southern part of the island.

The setting was fantastic, private and not overlooked with a lovely ocean sunset outlook

It’s not a downside to the property as the terrain of Madeira is like this throughout, a car is required as walking out from the property is not for the faint hearted, again this Madeira in general not this property.

Fantastic location and excellent, comfortable villa. We were seven adults and all of us loved it. Kitchen was well equiped for cooking in. Great pool with fantastic view. Quiet neighbourhood with little traffic. All rooms air conditioned. Good laundry room.

We had a large nine seat minibus and it was a bit tricky to drive the last bit on a very steep and narrow street.
