This place is wonderful! The host, Joao, is exceptional - he's very friendly and deeply cares about his guests! The Villa is a spacious, private two-level house featuring 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a large fully-equipped kitchen, a big balcony, and a nice swimming pool. Everything is clean and in good condition. There's an amazing botanical garden and rest areas! It's an ideal place for a family vacation!

Its amazing amazing amazing place and host, couldnt be better, he fixed issue we had with car rental, and answered all questions. thank you very much, and hope to see you again. amazing kichen, beds, everything, garden is stunning highlt rekomended place!!!!

Pool Villa with Botanical Garden is an amazing place Joao is great host. You can feel in villa like at home. Botanical garden is very beautiful with extraordinary plants, fruits and vegetables. You can get fresh avocado in garden everyday. Very friendly and smart man with passion for rallying.

"We had an amazing stay at this pool villa with botanical garden"

The houses in Madeira are pretty crowded, but this one offered us a lot of privacy, a pool and a gorgeous botanical garden! We found so many types of plants that we don't see in our country. The house is very big, and it has absolutely everything we needed, we felt right at home there. I loved the different pots, glasses, plates, cuttlery, and the kitchen overall! It is a house with character and old charm, we loved to explore it and discover all kinds of vintage items, like old books, works of art, even the furniture. Th pool was also very nice! Joao was very nice and attentive, he left us a bowl of fruit and 2 bottles of wine, which were so good!

Nothing really, I would definitely come back here if I were to return to Madeira!

The location was excellent . The garden is truly stunning with an incredible number of plants and shrubs . The house was large and spacious and there was plenty of hot water . It was probably value for money given the prices of similar sized houses

So sadly this once stunning property is in need of maintenance, and money . The bathrooms were not up to standard and there were patches of mould and rust and the whole house was musty when we arrived. This could once again be a stunning property if updated . The garden is truly amazing but gradually being overtaken , so some major gardening needs to take place before it is lost which would be sad .
