Very well maintained super property with awesome staff manager Lohitto and caretaker Prakash

Excellant location,calm & quite place . staff is courteous. The aminity in the house including fixture n furniture r of great choice. The service provided is very limited period with limited petsonels. Needs to be kind with driver of vehicle. Presence of manager is is inadequate. Over all it was very happy stay.Aminities r excellent

The cost of food is high compared to similar properties.

Amazing location, great facilities, absolutely peaceful and isolated from everything else

The entire property was for us and absolutely isolated and in the middle of a coffee plantation adjacent to the forest

The location was amazing, in the middle of a coffee plantation—beautiful trees all around and a very calming atmosphere. The hosts were warm and welcoming. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, by providing extra mattresses and comforters. They even prepared a special breakfast for us at our request. Special shout out to Lohith and Prakash! Definitely tip them extra!

This is not really a problem with the property, but the location can be an issue if you want to explore other spots in Coorg. It's quite far from most of the main attractions so make sure you plan your days properly if you want to stay in this property. I would recommend keeping a day or two without any travel so you can enjoy your stay here.
