GBVery very clean, modern, large and spacious rooms. Very clean bathrooms, loads of storage in bedrooms. Lovely external verandah (patio) to sit on, overlooking well kept lawns. The pool (clean and well kept) was an added bonus Rather quiet and private (not overlooked at all)
The beach outside the property isn’t the cleanest so you shouldn’t expect to be able to swim in it (alas true of many Mumbai beaches). Otherwise the property itself is perfect!

The night life outside of the villa mainly of young people binge drinking outside the area didn't feel safe walking alone after 9pm.
INI was planning on celebrating my birthday at a place which was open, by the sea with a pool. And when I found this place, it was just too good. Not only does the place have a beautiful swimming pool, but also a huge lawn and a terrace to catch the best sunset. The staff was nice. Breakfast in the morning was yummy. Truly an amazing stay :)
On a hot day, the terrace may get a bit too hot so having a table fan or a portable cooler would be great. Nonetheless with the rains, it is beautiful irrespective.
