The place was kept clean and free of dust. The staff Mr. Krishna was very helpful and kind. The place is nearby a tea estate and you get good views. The place is like 20 minutes before you reach munnar town. The food menu is limited but well made. Overall a very nice place to stay

The approach way is a little tricky. I would suggest coming when daylight is still there and get a feel for the approach. There is no air conditioning in the room, but during the winter months it's not needed.

The property was clean . The attendant, Sriram was good and very prompt in his service. The view was beautiful

But we were not informed that the room which they had provided us was secluded. It was difficult to get the car over there so in the evening we couldn't go out at all. There was no 24 hour security as mentioned on the Booking.com website. They charged Rs.10270 for 3 days but the bedsheet provided was torn . We requested for another bedsheet but that too was torn. For the price that they charged, the breakfast had limited menu.
