Villa Paraiso - 4 Bedrooms and pool

80/90 ants on the work tops when arrived not nice, had to eat out 90% of the holiday due to them. upstairs toilet broke, bathroom window broke won’t shut which let a lot of bugs in, window down stairs broke (had to keep the shutter closed on the window due to it broke and kids running around) leak coming though the ceiling while AC is on. the grease running down the cupboards in the kitchen was vile. cleanliness of the place was poor down stairs shower wouldn’t work.

We absolutely loved our break here. The house is huge and the pool is big too. The area is so quiet and is a 20 min walk to Aldi. The walk is pretty too as the house is in a lovely, picturesque, residential area with a small central hub housing a chemist, sports bar, premium restaurants and a patisserie as well as a gift and tobacco shop. It can in handy as we forgot a hair brush and my little boy wanted a football and goggles for the pool. Very well priced in the gift shop. Aldi is the furthest and we did a big ship so booked an Uber back that cost 4 euros. Uber and Uber eats are very well serviced in this area. Rodrigo who met us is lovely and very friendly. We text him for recommendations and he was always happy to help. The Marina is only 10 mins away in a taxi, 6 euros for a standard Uber, 10 euros for an Uber XL. It’s a lovely area with a few bars and restaurants. Albufeira Old town is beautiful and has a stunning beach, restaurants and shops. It is only small but worth a visit and again, 15 mins from the Villa and I think our Uber XL was 12 euros. All in all, we had a great time, the Villa is clean, spacious and has everything you need for a relaxing break. Even the Sun loungers are comfortable and plentiful. We had only 1 gripe and it was the beds. They were super hard, all of them. We ended up with aching backs after a few nights but this is purely personal preference. The kids complained a little as did our friend who was in the 4th bedroom downstairs which is a huge shame as that literally was the only problem. That said, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place and would even consider visiting again for a quiet, stress free break. I’d probably just bring a sleeping bag in my carry on luggage to lie on.

Just the beds. This is personal preference but they were exceptionally hard and all 5 beds were the same.
