Villa grande con bel giardino vicina alla spiaggia, comoda da raggiungere e con parcheggio gratuito. Posizione strategica per visitare l'isola. De-umidificatore a disposizione. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile, lasciandoci a disposizione acqua e cesto con dolci per la colazione.

La casa era davvero molto umida, è stato necessario usare sempre il de-umidificatore. Bagno non finestrato e piccolo rispetto al resto della casa. Se vengono lasciate porte e finestre aperte entrano in casa le blatte (ma credo che questo sia un problema generale dell'isola).

The location of this house was great for us, nestled between two beautiful beaches and just a few minutes' drive from the city center. The house, an old structure that has been nicely renovated, has a generous yard and an ocean view. It is well-equipped with necessary amenities, and the host was very friendly.

Suggestions for Improvement: It would be beneficial to have a shelf in the shower for toiletries and a hook for convenience. The bedroom with bunk beds seems more suitable for children and is not very comfortable for taller adults. The expandable sofa bed could use more stability. It would have been very helpful to have information about the cockroaches present during this time of year and how to avoid them using insecticides that should be provided at check-in. Lastly, while the high humidity is typical across the island, implementing modern and efficient solutions could significantly improve the indoor atmosphere.

The extraction unit in the shower room had limited capacity; moist stays long in the shower.

Great localization, high quality household appliances, a lot of space, ocean visible from windows, between two beaches, barbecue in the garden. Excelent price/quality value. We've looking for a long time to find proper place to stay on Azores, and that was perfect choice. Also super friendly host! Thank You very much for taking care of us :).
