The property was in a very quiet location, although very easy to get to local restaurants and beaches. The pool was warm and the view amazing from different levels The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was really well equipped. Highly recommend. Bart was a great host responding to messages and Daniela welcomed us at the villa.

The WiFi could have been better in bedrooms.

The house is quite spacious and has absolutely everything you need for every day, the view is perfect, the location is excellent if you want to stay a little away, although the weather is a little cold (normal in Nazaré). Daniela's attention was excellent, she resolved any inconvenience or need in record time. Bart was also very kind and offered us all the necessary information for the stay. The heated pool is the best thing about the house! hahaha. 100% recommended!

The house is a little damp, but I understand that this is normal in Nazaré.

The heated pool. The generosity of the kitchen utensils and machinery and the fact that everything needed to cook was provided. The amazing view and terrace. The sunset. The beds and linen were very comfortable. Towels and toiletries provided. The kindness of Daniela (cleaning crew) in providing support and solutions for the baby cot. The availability of a baby highchair. The instructions and communication from the host, including recommendations of the area.

The fact that the requested baby cot did not have a mattress. Upon communicating with the host, we were told that the bottom of the cot serves as a mattress. This was a big surprise to us, as parents, and we didn't feel safe to let our 7-month-old baby sleep without a mattress. The house could use some repairs and maintenance, such as the door locks (some of them didn't work), deep cleaning in the freezer, the washing machine is rusting, there are several areas where the humidity is noticeable and plumbing needs attention as well. The wifi is very slow, and there is no signal in some areas of the house (the Internet signal is very poor at Serra Pescaria). The cleaning utensils, such as the mop and bucket, were very dirty. Overall, we believe the price was a bit excessive for the state the house is currently in.

We had the humidifier running quite a but and recommend that as advised in the instructions.

Great big contemporary house with stunning views. Lovely pool. The local beach, Salgado is gorgeous.

Not a very practical house for a large noisy family! Bathroom doors don't close and it's very echoey. The area has nothing close by so you need to drive everywhere.

Villa Pescaria keeps what it promises. Stylish house, nice view, has everything you need and ncluding a well equipped kitchen, enough bathrooms for the family and - very important - good beds. It was all in very good shape and clean, friendly housekeepers awaiting us.

Some of the doors could need a little adjustment, but this was a very minor topic.

The Villa is very modern and clean. I really enjoyed the ocean view!
