Aegean View Villa

It's an amazing place and this was our second time staying there, it was just as nice.

The owner Filippo is very kind and helpful, giving tips and support in everything. Very nice villa and clean pool, falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves and no city noise - priceless! We will come back soon!

Only one bathroom for us with 3 kids not enough but still all was manageable:)

Everything was amazing, the property was easy to find, the parking spot is right next to the rooms (Note that a car is pretty much recommended to reach it). We stayed in one of the apartments with a private pool, which was very convenient. There was one very large living room, two bedrooms and a big terrace with a good view of the sea. It was also very convenient that there were power sockets right next to the bed. The rooms are also nicely furnished and the bathroom is large. The kitchen is small but it mostly has everything needed (no dishwasher but it was fine with us). There was also complementary coffee and water when we arrived. The property was equipped with blackout outdoor plantation shutters, so you can completely block the sun if it gets too hot. There is an AC unit only in the living room but it cools down the place pretty fast. Another plus was that there was an outdoor shower next to the pool, so you can easily shower before you get in and after you get out. There are stairs that lead to the beach, which is usually empty - mostly the property guests are using it and it takes no more than 2 minutes to reach it. Since the property is on the road between two small towns, the nearest big supermarkets are 15 minutes away by car, but of course there are smaller shops that are closer, so it's a good idea to get groceries before you arrive. We were recommended a few restaurants and taverns that are nearby, which were nice and some are within walking distance. A nearby town, that was beautiful and lovely to take a walk around, was Nea Peramos, where you can enjoy various activities. Only a minute away, by car, there is a historical landmark (Apollonia tower), where you can enjoy wonderful views, especially at sunset. Lastly, there were some friendly cats that we very much liked.
