Location was very good.

Lovely property. On the downside dishwasher not working. Roof terrace locked. Front door rattled in the wind. Put a chair against it.shower tray overflowed.

"It was fab"

The villa was lovely, clean and tidy. The towels were changed every other day, the bedding was changed after a week, the cleaners even washed our clothes for us whenever we needed it. They provided a clothes rack to dry our washing, broom, mop, etc.

Communication....I only knew towels would be provided because i asked and I still wasn't told they would be refreshed every other day. If I'd known that I wouldn't have brought my own towels. Also, we didn't know our clothes would be washed which would have saved us buying washing powder and also I would have packed far fewer clothes and could have gotten away with just hand luggage and saved me money on no baggage check ins! The service was great, if only I'd known what would have been provided in advance. The communication was severely lacking and poor.
