One week before our arrival, I informed the owner that one of our guests has asthma, so the cleanliness of the property was especially important to us. Upon check-in, we found dust throughout multiple rooms, cobwebs, a thick layer of dust on lamps, dirty corners, sticky kitchen surfaces and table tops, and a kitchen cloth with an unpleasant smell. We documented everything with photos and videos immediately after arrival. Despite the evidence provided, we were repeatedly told that the property had been thoroughly cleaned the day before our arrival. Later, the condition of the house was attributed to recent renovation work. Regardless of the explanation, the property was clearly not in a condition that could reasonably be described as properly cleaned and ready for guests. We were offered an additional cleaning the following day, but this misses the point entirely. Guests should arrive at a clean property, not discover cleanliness issues after check-in and spend their first day dealing with them. We were also asked to allow the cleaning team into the house afterwards. For our group, this was not a practical solution, as we were travelling with laptops, cameras, photography equipment and other valuable personal belongings. Guests should not have to choose between the security of their possessions and receiving an acceptable standard of cleanliness. What makes this especially disappointing is that the issue had been discussed in advance because of the health condition of one of our guests. Despite receiving this information a week before our arrival, no extra attention appears to have been given to the preparation of the house. Had we not documented the condition of the property with photos and videos immediately after check-in, future guests might assume these issues occurred during our stay rather than being present upon arrival.

Overall accommodation and cleaning of the property with all the confort we need.

A casa é enorme, preparada para grupos grandes. A zona exterior é perfeita para churrascos. A localização é boa.

A casa não tinha a limpeza que era esperada. O chão estava sujo, tinha teias de aranha por toda a casa, o edredão suplente estava cheio se nódoas.

Отличное расположение, шикарные виды. Очень уютно и комфортно для всей семьи. Чудесный персонал.

Dla grupy 10 osób stół w salonie jest zbyt mały.

Amplio, ordenado, limpio y util. Buena distribucion. Ideal para un grupo grande. Respuestas muy rapidas y utiles a cualquier dida que surjiese.

Poco agua caliente (duraba solo para 4-5 personas a pesar de ser 12). La luz se iba constantemente, con dos o 3 calefactores encendidos. La casa olia bastante a humedad cuando llegabamos. Se puede compensar facilmente con un par de ambientadores.
