Proprietari gentilissimi. Piscina grande e alloggio confortevole. Posizione privata e facile da raggiungere. Struttura ben pulita con buona manutenzione della piscina.

Zona giustamente controllata con telecamere e accessibile ai proprietari per la manutenzione della piscina, purtroppo non da un senso di intimità e totale relax.

La piscine privée. La gentillesse du propriétaire. La vue. Le calme. L'extérieur très joli avec un salon de jardin très confortable.

La literie très inconfortable

The best thing in the property is the swimming pool. It’s good and save parking. We was traveling with 2 dogs, it’s really big back yard where the dogs can go out.

I think the owners should take small trip to ikea, buy some kitchen things. It’s nice to have wine glasses for example. Also microwave. The beds and pillows is really hard.

La presenza della piscina e il parcheggio gratuito.

La privacy in questa struttura e' praticamente inesistente. Si tratta di una dependance di una villetta ubicata proprio di fronte alla stessa. C'e' una telecamera esterna che praticamente sorveglia tutto lo spazio interno alla piscina. Se me ne fossi accorto dalle foto scattate su booking, non avrei mai prenotato. Proprietario invadente che entra in piscina senza chiedere permesso durante il soggiorno. Piscina sporca ed impossibilita' di utilizzare condizionatore se non dietro ulteriore pagamento non indicato tra i servizi di booking.Si tratta quindi di una iniziativa dei proprietari a danno di chi soggiorna in questa struttura. Barbecue rotto e invece nei servizi lo fanno rientrare come funzionante. Mensola del frigo rotta,Lampadina del frigo inesistente, quindi di notte se aprite il frigo dovete accendere necessariamente la luce del soggiorno! Forno rotto senza manopola, fuochi senza valvola di sicurezza e cosa pericolosa perche' manca una manopola anche nei fuochi. Cappa rotta e lampada nella camera da letto indecente piena di polvere e tarli. In bagno un solo asciugamano grande ed uno piccolo per 2 persone e seduta del water allentata. Per 360 euro 2 gg credo sia veramente un furto. Tutto documentato nelle foto che allego.

The location was great for what we needed. It was easy to find the main routes to drive into Pompei, Heculaneum and Naples. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and the property was self contained and had everything we needed for a fantastic stay.

Can't say there was anything we didn't like.

Separate building in a fenced area with lot‘s of space, a clean swimming pool in the front and a garden with a view of the golf of Napoli and the island of Capri on the backside. Very friendly and helpful hosts.

Even if the house (in Boscotrecase) is overall well located in between Napoli, the vulcano Vesuvio, the ancient site of Pompei and the Amalfi coast (all of those a must see), it is not located in the best part of town. Bathroom could have been in a cleaner condition.

The place is a dream for a couple or family! (We asked for an extra bed since our kids are older.) The pool is warm—perfect temperature, it’s clean and quiet, very central location for spending a week or more near Naples and wanting to go into Naples, Caserta, Melizzano, Amalfi Coast or Paetum. We would definitely stay here again. This was ideal with a car—not sure if it would work as well if you don’t have your own car. The couple is very hospitable and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful stay of 6 nights!
