"We loved every bit of it even without the air conditioning"

Spectacular view, convenient local to everything but out of the way.

No air conditioning but it was unusual hot temperatures. Leaving all the doors open helped a lot.

"Excellent Villa in Lakeside Location"

The villa is excellent and spacious, with an outstanding location—literally right on the lake. It’s a beautiful, peaceful spot, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Overall, a wonderful stay in a stunning setting.

-privacy isn’t 100%, as the bathrooms are separate from the bedrooms and located in a shared corridor. -the smaller bathroom is quite tiny and lacks some useful accessories. -the entrance from the street to the villa goes sharply downhill, which could be a challenge for guests with mobility issues.

Location of course. Also, the property was very clean and no issues with heating (some older reviews mentioned about that). Has heating units in every room, multiple in the leaving room. The owners were awesome. They explained us every detail about the property at the time of check in. Would love to visit again.

Loved everything about it, at least for a winter visit. Not sure if it has air conditioning for a summer visit or not, just in case. Also, it has a washer which was great but an addition of a dryer would be icing on the cake.

Beautiful traditional Italian home in a great village views were amazing, the location spectacular and the hosts weee kind and accommodating. Highly recommend this property!
