Villa L'ulivina

Excellent location, only a short walk to Sorrento centre with lovely views. Lovely villa, we especially loved the balcony and patio area! Very friendly host, who clearly maintains the villa very well!

This home was beautiful, comfortable, and the views were stunning. We all appreciated the immaculate care of the property and the details that made the stay feel like home. It was the perfect retreat with privacy and easy access to all necessities. The suggested restaurant just up the hill was the best meal we had during our trip.

We had an amazing stay at villa L'ulivina. The location was super, a 15/20 minute walk into Sorrento or down the hill to Marina Grande. The views as you walk into Sorrento are breathtaking. The apartment itself was spacious. The kitchen was well equipped, we enjoyed preparing breakfast and sitting outside on the terrace. It was so relaxing. Our host Lorenzo was very responsive.

The single bedroom is accessed through one of the double bedrooms. The busy road outside is daunting at first, but you do get used to it.

The hosts were very nice and helpful. The place was very nice and was very clean with the exception of some ants, which they knew about. They left food in the fridge for breakfast which was nice.

The location was a bit challenging because it is on a very busy narrow street so walking to Sorrento seemed dangerous. The hosts left 3 bus tickets which we used to get into town. We ended up taking taxi's which were incredibly expensive but much easier than trying to figure out the bus routes and schedules.

The size of the rooms

The breakfast was OK but we had to ask for more on day 2 as the host didn't refill. On the 3rd day he bought some extra The apartment was very humid and our cloths was never totally dry When we did our booking on booking.com there was picture from a terrase/balcony which we didn't have access to

spotlessly clean and very italian looking apartment with good sized cool rooms. A lovely outside seating area in a pretty garden with roses. The friendly family live above and helpful and always on hand if you need them.

The road outside was quite noisy, the bed mattresses were hard and not that comfortable. I miss understood when it was advertised with breakfast. This is not served daily ( as I had thought) but breakfast items left for you on arrival.

The place was very nice and clean. Host was great with communication as well as hospitable and thoughtful including having food, drinks, and coffee for our stay. Host also had books and local information on table to help with trip. The garden outside the living room was lovely and the view of Mt Vesuvius from the roof top terrace was absolutely beautiful! A/C worked great as did the washing machine. Nice walk from home to downtown with lots of amazing views and places to take pictures. Crosswalk just outside front door.

15 mins walk to Sorrento. It had lovely gardens. Lovely restaurant 5 mins walk to the left from villa. Host was really prompt with replies to queries. Lovely breakfast items supplied

Exit from villa is directly onto road. Beds were a bit hard.

nice villa , well equiped and cosy interior small cozy garden. have a parking place that in Sorrento is important. I like very much beautifull plates and cups. Everything was of high standart.

location of the villa is at busy road, so your hear noice from early morning till late night. walking distance to Sorrento is OK but you have to use narrow road with heavy traffic that it is not so rellaxing.Beaches are small and not so appealing. We had a car so explored a lot of places of Campania. there are marvelous beaches near Salerno . Sorrento , Pizitano , Amalfi are very crowded with heavy traffic. You shoukd have in mind that to drive 60km you need 2 hours!
