Costa Smeralda House

La Villa era bellissima, siamo stati benissimo, abbiamo trovato tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno, super attrezzata e pulita! Gli spazi esterni danno ulteriore relax alla vacanza! Informazioni dell’host precise e chiare. Ottima posizione! La consiglierei sicuramente.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour en famille. Giorgio est un hôte très réactif et sympathique, il a veillé à ce que tout se passe bien. Quant à la villa, elle est tout simplement exceptionnelle. La vue et la piscine sont splendides, la terrasse est très agréable et spacieuse pour en profiter pleinement. Les chambres sont confortables et disposent toutes de la climatisation, les espaces communs sont spacieux et bien équipés. Mention spéciale pour la cuisine qui avait tout le nécessaire et nous a permis de concocter de bons petits plats pour dix personnes. Le prix est correct pour la grande qualité et son emplacement à deux pas de Porto Rotondo et de ses belles plages. Un grand merci à Giorgio pour son accueil !

La quatrième chambre est située dans une dépendance à une vingtaine de mètres de la villa. Nous étions un peu surpris de prime abord, mais finalement c’était idéal d’avoir un espace plus tranquille, surtout lorsqu’on voyage nombreux. La dépendance a été rénovée très récemment et est donc très confortable. Parfait pour des personnes plus âgées, un couple qui veut son intimité ou une famille de 3 qui a besoin de calme.

Views from the villa were stunning. Perfect spot to watch sunsets and the sunrise. Very peaceful. Main villa is a great size: 3 double rooms, 3 bathrooms, massive living room with sofa bed and good sized kitchen with lots of crockery and dishwasher. The pool is fab, even if not heated, which in May the water was still quite cold. The BBQ is fab, good size and as it is gas its very quick. Lovely gardens, outdoor furniture and lots of sunbeds. Short driving distance to some beautiful beaches and supermarkets. The perfect spot to relax 😌

The main villa has an annex, this is where the fourth bedroom is, which has a double and a single bed. The owner, Giorgio also lives there, in his own separate rooms. Giorgio never troubled us, and we didn't mind too much but I think this should be made clear in the booking page as the villa is listed as private but actually with the owner on site, its not. And people should be made aware when booking. Due to the climate, there are a lot of bugs, mosquitos and the most annoying, ants, which get everywhere - I suggest taking anti-repellent. The villa is not within walking distance of anywhere. But we rented a car so this wasn't an issue for us. The pictures on the booking listing show shampoo and shower gel dispensers, however they were all empty. Shouldn't advertise this, if not available. But this is just a minor detail. Also, no toaster available.

Great outdoor area and swimming pool

Loved the outdoor space, plenty of seating for outdoor dining and chilling. The infinity pool is fabulous and well cared for. We never tired of the wonderful views of the mountains and the sea and watching the sunsets. Really well equipped kitchen with lots of crockery cutlery and glass wear. Fabulous bbq which Georgio our host was always on hand to help out with. Georgio was a wonderful host. He was always available for recommendations for restaurants,beaches and food shopping. Always coming up trumps. His wife backed us an apple cake and they have the most adorable little poodle puppy called Dasha which we fell I love with.

The road leading up is very steep and full of pot holes. A car is essential to get around Bathrooms and bedrooms could do with updating but they were clean and beds were comfy.

This entire villa is gorgeous and private and the host was very helpful! The outside area for relaxing as well as having breakfast/lunch/dinner was great. Finally, the pool was perfect!
