LuminHouse Mondello Valdesi

Une très jolie maison dans laquelle on se sent très bien. Très bien équipée, très bien située. L’hôte est vraiment très gentil. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette maison et son cadre.

Świetna willa, z świetna lokalizacja, niestety daleko od centrum, ale autobus znajduje się ze 100 metrów od kwatery. Pełno pokoi, dużo łazienek, dużo miejsca. Super widok z balkonów, oraz świetny kontakt z właścicielem!! Polecam

Niestety widać, że już dom potrzebuje remontu, co nie zmienia że jest świetny.

Perfect location and beautiful well set up villa for our large group of adults and children

La maison a beaucoup de charme et les chambres sont spacieuses avec un espace pour chaque chambre (assez éloignée donc préserve l’intimité de chacun). La maison est proche de la plage. Il y a un mini supermarché à 200m.

Un petit rafraîchissement des salles de bain pourrait être envisagée ☺️ mais elles restent tout à fait fonctionnels et agréables.

Lumin house was fantastic for our large group of friends! 6 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a huge kitchen, two lounges and three outdoor areas! The fact there was aircon in every bedroom + other rooms was such a bonus! The location is exceptional, just a 3 min walk to the beach and restaurants. We had an absolutely fantastic time! Communication with our host was great too.

Few things are getting a bit dated / need replacing but it didn't impact our stay.

Villa con giardino posizionata su una parallela al lungomare di Mondello. Si arriva in spiaggia con una piacevole passeggiata di circa 250 mt. La villa è molto grande, grandi gli spazi della zona giorno così come quelli delle camere. Ci sono addirittura 5 bagni!!! La villa ha sicuramente i suoi anni e magari necessiterebbe di alcuni lavoretti ma il rapporto qualità/prezzo è assolutamente ottimo e Alessandro e Tancredi sono degli ottimi host, sempre disponibili, gentili e professionali anche nel dare consigli su dove mangiare o cosa visitare. Assolutamente consigliato. Grazie ragazzi per la vostra disponibilità!!!

Big property, plenty of rooms, good host, clean inside of the house.

Property needs a bit of renovations, which probably would become noticeable if you stay more than a couple of days, but it's okay for short term rentals

Great place , fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dinning rooms , beautiful garden.and terraces.Just 5 minutes from the beach , excellent communication with host !!!

Large villa with 5 bedrooms, plenty of space for the family. Good kitchen and dining room. Great location in Mondello beach, quiet area. The beach is 2 minutes away and there are many good restaurants in the vicinity. The host Riccardo was very helpful.

No microwave and toaster.
