This is, by far, the most comfortable and beautiful b&b we have ever stayed at. If you are in the area, you must book this stay. Lucia is warm and welcoming, the decor is lovely (so much history!), The beds are comfortable, fresh towels, fantastic pool and scenery, the breakfast is to die for. We loved the use of local ingredients, the fabulous local restaurant suggestions and all the comforts of home. Lucia is an amazing host and we highly recommend this b&b.

The location is beautiful for relaxation and eco tours into countryside. Breakfast was delicious and prepared fresh daily. Rooms were very clean and well decorated. Finally this family hosted home is so accommodating and make everyone feel at home.

Beautiful countryside house with traditional furniture and structure. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had. The staff was really friendly, kind and helpful. The bathroom was functional, the bed was comfortable and the room was really clean. The dog and the cats were adorable.

The location and place are beautiful. Lucia and family are very welcoming and generous. The breakfast is delicious with local organic produces.

Lucy seemed nice and genuinely disappointed that we didn’t stay.

we arrived and spent about 10 minutes there before deciding to leave despite prepaying for the room. It’s in a bad location - next to what looks to be a house under construction. It was very dark inside. I’m allergic to cats and there were cats all over including 2 in the room when we went in there. Lucy offered to clean the room more thoroughly but, for those with cat allergies, it’s the lingering dander that causes the allergies. I assumed there was air conditioning in the room which would have helped but there wasn’t - probably my fault for not looking closely enough at the description.

Lucia, (daughter) and Germano, (father) are great hosts - very kind and passionate. You can feel their passion about local food or in case of Germano old-time heritage (almost antiquites) and very special objects that he collects all around Italy and place in and around the building. Breakfasts are amazing, with localy produced products and also overal facilities are very nice, swimgpool is nice and clean, with showers and chairs, even ping-pong table with rackets and balls ready :) Parking is available and also appartments are well furnished. Overall very nice experience that we can only recomend.

not a lot to mention, only thing could be attention if you have an appartment in the ground floor next to breakfast room, to be aware that that appartment does not have direct windows/view outside, although appartment is on the other hand very comfortable and has a hydro-massage bath, for example.

We loved the beautiful suite and setting. Wonderful hosts that were so welcoming and accommodating. We would love to come back one day!
