La vivienda está muy bien, y es una zona tranquila, tiene una buena piscina y un pequeño jardín.

Las escaleras para acceder a la vivienda hay que tener en cuenta que la terraza no es colindante, solo si vas con niños pequeños. Y el jardín los niños no pudieron jugar en el, porque los propietarios de las viviendas que dan para el mismo, se quejan y te observan para que no toques nada entendemos, lo que es un poco incómodo.
