It is very important that guests are informed, at the time of check-in, about the following procedures: to pay in cash the tourist tax required by the municipality of Trecastagni: €1.50 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights; children under 13 years of age are exempt from paying the tourist tax; to sign our rental agreement; to pay a €400 cash security deposit, which will be refunded at check-out provided that no damage has occurred to the property or its contentsPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
