Appartamento pulito, veramente confortevole e accogliente. Si trova in un residence con piscina, parchetto con giochi e a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare passando per una pineta.Abbiamo soggiornato in sei: 4 adulti e due bambini e ci siamo trovati veramente benissimo. Il signore che ci ha accolto è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

Giovanni jest najlepszym gospodarzem: zawsze pomocny, reagował na nasze potrzeby natychmiastowo. Dzięki niemu pobyt był bardzo udany. Na miejscu są ogrodzone domy, nasz miał dodatkowy prysznic na zewnątrz, umeblowany taras i miejsce parkingowe. Basen dostępny do godziny 8:00 wieczorem, rano i około południa było niewiele osób. Morze w tym miejscu raczej nie nadaje się do pływania, było zanieczyszczone, trzeba poszukać innych plaż w okolicy. Ośrodek jest położony niedaleko miejscowości Pizzo, gdzie znajdziemy restauracje, sklepiki i piękne wąskie uliczki. Wyjątkowe miejsce.

We stayed 11 nights in the villa (5 of us). The villa is located in a quite, closed and safe area with swimming pool. Beach is about 5 mins by walk, not the best one but if you take a short walk you will get to the beach club. Pizzo town is 10 mins driving and also there are supermarkets reachable by car. Villa was spacious and clean, quite well equiped. The kitchen could be equiped more but we managed cooking or even grilling. The landlord Giovanni is a great guy and very helpful.

Kitchen could be equipped with more pots and pot covers, greater, knives, maybe an espresso machine (there is mokka available only).

Everything!!!Giovanni and Ferdinand were excellent hosts. They explained everything very well and always accommodating to our needs. We had an amazing time on the beach and the comfort of our villa. We’re definitely coming back.

Very good location, close ti the beach, easy reachable from airport, close by car to local supermarkets, private pool, very nice forest nearby, quite comfortable for the family, A/C in every room with high performance

A bit smaller kitchen, we were a bit lacking microoven and dishwasher, not critical, we were happy even without it

The house itself was everything we could have hoped for and more. It was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the kitchen appliances we needed to whip up delicious meals for our family. Having a fully stocked kitchen made our vacation so much more convenient and enjoyable, allowing us to savor home-cooked meals while on holiday. The highlight for our family was undoubtedly the almost always empty swimming pool. We practically had it all to ourselves, making it feel like our private oasis. Our kids had a blast splashing around, and we appreciated the tranquil setting where we could relax and unwind. The beach was just a short walk away from the house, and what a gem it was! The fact that it was sparsely populated with only a few people added to the charm. It felt like we stumbled upon a hidden paradise where we could soak up the sun and enjoy the soothing sound of the waves in blissful solitude. The pathwalk leading to the beach was a delightful feature in itself. It allowed us to take leisurely strolls surrounded by lush greenery and picturesque landscapes. It was a great way to start and end our beach excursions, adding a touch of adventure to our daily routines. A special mention must go to the wonderful administrator, Giovanni. He was an absolute gem, always ready to lend a helping hand and provide valuable insights into the area. His warm and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home, and we knew we were in good hands throughout our stay.
