Villa Tiziana

The property at face value is lovely, the highlight is the stunning view, roof terrace and pool.

There's a lot of mini damages and attention to detail that need looking into,, some dangerous, things like door knobs being lose, shower head holders broken so the entire shower head and pole hit my partner in the face one morning, its lucky it missed her eye and didn’t split her head open, the overall cleanliness was lacking too, both in the pool and in the house, we thoroughly cleaned the kitchen on arrival because it was clear someone had just left and they just papered over the cracks instead of deep cleaning the premises. The host tried to charge us anytime someone was staying over. There's security cameras facing everywhere outside which meant we lacked what we craved the most on holiday, privacy. Host messaged pretty much everyday and kept mentioning not to have parties, presumably because we were young and he was making assumptions about us. Overall an OK stay but i personally wouldn't go back.

Swimming pool but temperature could be higher. Outside sitting area was nice.

To get there, the roads were very narrow. I wish restaurants were closer.

We had a fantastic holiday at the villa. Everything is really nicer than on the pictures! The owner, Luigi, is always available for any questions and responds quickly. The villa is ideally located to visit Palermo and surrounding towns. We really enjoyed the pool and the beautiful garden, the house is very spacious and everything you need is there. We definitely recommend this villa to anyone who wants to visit the beautiful Sicilia!
