​La restauration : Le restaurant de l'hôtel est vraiment très bon, et bon rapport qualité-prix ​Le cadre : La vue est magnifique et j'ai apprécié d'avoir une petite piscine privée, ce qui est très agréable pour se détendre

- Rapport Qualité/Prix : l'hôtel est beaucoup trop cher pour les prestations proposées. Après avoir testé d'autres établissements en Thaïlande, j'ai trouvé bien mieux (plus moderne et en bord de mer) pour un prix inférieur. - La chambre : bien que spacieuse, la décoration est très "vieillotte". L'infrastructure globale est vétuste, notamment la plomberie et les transats de la piscine privée. - Propreté : décevante. Nous avons trouvé des taches sur les draps ainsi que sur les serviettes. - Petit-déjeuner : Correct mais pas du tout à la hauteur du tarif demandé. Les horaires (8h-10h) sont trop tardifs pour la Thaïlande où les journées commencent tôt. De plus, l'accueil y était froid (une serveuse ne disait pas bonjour), ce qui est très inhabituel pour ce pays. - Service : À peine arrivés, on nous a demandé de régler la totalité du séjour immédiatement. C’est la première fois que cela m'arrive en Thaïlande, où l'on paie normalement au check-out. C’est assez peu accueillant. - La plage : la vue est belle, mais la plage est impraticable à cause des nombreux cailloux. L’accès via de nombreuses marches est également fatiguant. En résumé : un établissement qui aurait besoin d'une rénovation complète et d'un meilleur management pour justifier ses tarifs. Je ne recommanderais pas au prix actuel.

Stunning, clean, amazing service.

We loved everything about this villa. The communication with Namfon was amazing! She explained everything in detail for us when we arrived and she organized a driver to pick us up from the pier and drop us off when we left .She was so attentive to every need we had and very helpful and she replied very quick to our requests. We booked one of the pool villas overlooking the sea and it was a dream! The villa was tastefully decorated , modern and very clean! The pool was the right temperature for this hot weather and we loved looking at the stunning views from it and also chilling on the balcony. The breakfast had many choices and it was very nice and the dinner was absolutely delicious! The staff made this stay extra special ,everyone was so lovely and professional! We would love to stay here again in the future and highly recommend this place to stay if you are in Koh Yao Yay! Thank you Namfon and the team of Saengsuree Villas!

The view and the private swimming pool. Staffs were very polite and attentive. They did everything that we asked which really impressed us.

The restaurant had an uneven floor and some of the food was not covered and had attracted flies. In the rooms some of the doors and fixtures were loose or badly fitting.

Tout. Nous n’avions plus envie de partir, c’était comme être à la maison en mieux.
