The size of this property was perfect - especially for a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teenagers). The bathroom was great and has a little viewing window into the beautiful Japanese garden outside - perfect after a long day of walking. The two toilets were a bonus, the only accommodation we stayed at in Japan that had this. It was within walking distance of the samurai area and also the Curry Laboratory, which was by far our favourite curry of our whole trip (and we ate a lot of curry!) The rooms are all beautifully fitted out with artwork and the main bedroom is truly remarkable and also opens up to look out to the garden below. Definitely worth a stay if you are in Kanazawa!

Ein wunderschönes Haus im traditionellen Stil und gleichzeitig moderner Ausstattung. Der Garten ist ein Traum und es ist ruhig. Es ist die beste Unterkunft, die wir bisher in Japan hatten! Wirklich ein Traum!

The house was clean, spacious and within an easy walk of the main attractions. We would return in a heartbeat.
